These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services sold under the Zyphora SEO brand by Zyphoranouri LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Zyphora SEO", "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or audit, or by using this website, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide search engine optimization (SEO) services, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO, content writing and link building, as described in the plan or audit you purchase. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Orders and payment
- Each plan (Starter, Growth, Scale) is a one-time payment that covers one month (30 days) of service, starting when work begins.
- One-time audits are billed in full at the time of purchase.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Work begins once payment is received and we have the information and access we need.
3. No automatic renewal
Plans do not renew automatically, and we never charge your card again without your action. When your paid month ends, the service ends. To continue, you can buy another month at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your contact details up to date.
- Give us the website, analytics and Search Console access needed to perform the work.
- Review and approve content or changes within a reasonable time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos or materials you send us.
5. Website access and credentials
We use the access you provide only to perform the agreed services. You can revoke access at any time. We recommend creating separate user accounts for us instead of sharing your main passwords.
6. No guarantee of rankings
Search engines such as Google control their own rankings and change their algorithms often. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. We commit to performing the work described in your plan in a professional manner and reporting on it every month.
7. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the content we write for you and the reports we deliver. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and methods.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and access credentials confidential and use them only to provide our services.
9. Third-party tools and platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or decisions made by these platforms.
10. Termination
You can end your plan at any time as described above. We may suspend or end services if payment fails, if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we are asked to do anything unlawful.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every client to be confident when they buy from us. All purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. This policy explains how refunds work.
No cancellation needed
- Plans are not subscriptions. Each payment covers one month of service and ends automatically.
- We never charge your card again unless you choose to buy another month.
- If you want to stop work early, email us and we will confirm within one business day.
Refunds for monthly service plans
- If you ask within 7 days of payment and before any work has started, we refund that payment in full.
- Once work has started, the payment for that month is not refundable, because time and resources have already been used.
Refunds for the one-time SEO audit
- Fully refundable if you cancel before we begin the audit.
- Once the audit has started or the report has been delivered, it is not refundable.
Service problems
If you believe we did not deliver the work included in your plan, contact us within 14 days after your paid month ends. We will review it and either complete the missing work or issue a fair partial refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email contact@zyphoraseo.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and the plan you purchased.
Service Delivery Policy

Zyphora SEO sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically. This policy explains when and how you receive your services.
When work starts
Work starts within 2 business days after payment, once we receive the information and website access we need.
Delivery timelines
- One-time SEO audit: PDF report delivered by email within 7 business days.
- Monthly service plans: a full report at the end of each paid month.
- Content: articles included in your plan are delivered within the paid month.
How work is delivered
Reports, documents and content are sent by email. Website changes are made directly on your site using the access you provide, and each change is listed in your report.
Delays
If we cannot start or continue work because access or information is missing, the timeline moves by the same number of days. If a delay is caused by us, we will tell you right away and agree a new date with you.
Billing and Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered by Stripe at checkout.
Currency and taxes
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay.
One-time payments only
Every purchase is a single charge. We do not run subscriptions, we do not save your card for future charges, and we never bill you automatically. You receive a receipt by email for every payment.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, no charge is made and work does not start. You can try again with another card or payment method.
Upgrades and downgrades
You can choose any plan each time you buy a new month. If you want to upgrade during a paid month, contact us and we will charge only the difference.
Price changes
Price changes apply only to future purchases. The price of a month you have already paid for never changes.

Methods we never use
- Buying fake reviews or writing reviews in made-up names. Our review strategy helps you ask real customers for honest reviews.
- Spam links, hidden text, cloaking or other "black hat" tactics.
- Copying content from other websites.
If this policy is broken
We may pause or end services if a client asks us to break this policy. Refunds in that case follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Dispute Resolution Policy

If you are unhappy with our service or a charge, email contact@zyphoraseo.com. Most issues are solved within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve, while we can usually fix the issue or issue a refund much faster.
Unresolved disputes
If we cannot agree, both parties will try good-faith negotiation first. Any remaining dispute will be handled under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
